k7 burn in program

where can i download the k7 burn in program for my opteron? i've searched but cant seem to find it..

and, when i run the program, do i run the processor at stock settings? or do i run it at the speed that i want to achieve?

The reason (I think) is because the Opteron is not considered a K7 but a K8 processor class. That might narrow things down for you. Also you can find SiSoft Sandra just about anywhere on the net and it has a pretty nice burn-in tool, just google it. :D
