I used to fold when I was 15 for TDH on my old computer. That was a looong time ago... Now they've got friggin GPU folding out!
I wanted to know about what amount of PPD i'd get with all my PC's folding at optimal conditions...
Here's a desc.

P3 1ghz
Athlon XP 2000+
P4 2.0
P4 2.53
Athlon 64 3700+ (If I can find a case for it..)
C2D 9300 / NVS140M
Phenom 9950 / ATI 4850

I have free power in my dorm room, so that's a non issue. These pcs just sit around doing nothing since the college blocks almost all the services I used to run on them..
Would I be doing a good 8k PPD?
I always found folding cool but since TDH died, I had no idea what to fold with/for so I mostly stopped it...

You wont get much from the lower end procs (maybe a couple hundred ppd) but the higher end ones with some nice SMP action will get ya some points. I do think though that 1/2 your points will come from that vid card.

My guess is 6-7k

Welcome, if you need any help with set up there is the guide sticky and if those don't work, just ask

As the wise one Kendrak said, the GPU will be a substnntial share. I runaseverl CPU clients myself and they add up eventually. Funny part is they are more stable than the GPU clients so I can set them up and forget them.

Welcome to the [H]orde, enjoy the fun and games of Folding.
