Crucial M4 64gb running Windows 7 64 bit, AHCI enabled, SATA II. Updated to the latest 0309 firmware.

Do these speeds look about right?

Yea, those speeds look just right. It's a Intel Sata II port I'm assuming?
 
Those speeds are all about the same as my well used SATA III setup with a 64gb M4.
