The baby at the bottom is a HP ProCurve Switch 2824,
the ten others are 3Com SuperStack3 Switch 4226T.
 
I really like those new 3Com switches, they are very similar to for example the Summit 24e3 and Cisco 3500 series switches...

only problem is I would want it with one SC gigabit port and not 2x copper gigabit ports ;) other than that, they are sexy !
 
Isn't that about 3k worth of equipment, if not more, lol, why would YOU possibly just go out and buy that...ahem, I'll wait for a response...
 
The hp procurve costs USD $2525. While ten superstacks
will cost around USD $6325.

As for the usage, it's for a medium size LAN party in Norway.
I just got funds to buy the shit, set it up right and in between
the arrangements, they're mine to keep. :)

That is apc racks, dual xeon cpus etc.. Very nice acctually :)

We used around 40k on hardware.. oh i love this shit ;)
