Ok short version..

I have an ASUS A8V mobo..Bought it with the 3400+ 939 deal awhile back..Just got a 3800+.
I let it get happy at stock speeds so the AS5 would settle down. I go into bios to start playing with OCing and go to the multi adjustment..And all there is... is ..12....thats it..nada/zippy do-da/zilch..didn't happen with the 3400..I know they are there because I can turn on QnQ and watch it drop to 5 in CPUz..I backed the bios down one revision no change..anyone else have this ? Anythoughts/Ideas?
