• Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Its good to be back...

As for the SMP client, it will give you much higher points for sure. About the password; when you install the client before you do anything else like try to start it read the read me. It splains it pretty well;)

The password generally is the password you use to log into windows, as BillR said there are many good posts with just about every question you could have about the SMP client answered. And the Ppd increase is worth the setup time.

Welcome to the [H]orde.

Here, this may help you on how to set it up properly. http://hardforum.com/showpost.php?p=1031393034&postcount=2 I do this however I don't do the step 7. Also I advise you turning off UAC if you are installing on Vista for the whole steps and then you can re-enable UAC afterwards. For XP rigs, just do the steps and you're set, just be sure to reboot after the whole thing.

Fold on.

Hmm...I'm at 2.5ghz right now, will run the client there for a little while to monitor temps and stability.
