My computer comes tomorrow...

3500AMD64
MSI Neo2 Plat
6800GT
1gb PC3200 Corsair XLL
160 GD SATA WD
doom 3
Dual Layer DVD- R
Antec True Blue 480

All of this cost around 1500

sooo i have about 500 left to spend...Why should I add to this system? I have my CD-R and regualr CD drives here alreayd from my old computer and I have a klipsh 5.1 set up. Should i return the ram which was $262? Now that i think about it, it seems like a lot for something i wont overclock since i dont know how.....unless it will do any good non overclocked.

overall what do u think?

u guys think the memory is ok tho?

you said you werent overclocking, the memory is great. if you wanna over clock, just get something higher rated, but that stuff is real quality ram, and youll be happy with it. the a64's arent getting really high fsb speeds like the p4's are anyway, and the 3500+ is a real speedy chip to begin with

ill go with the sweet LCD for that 500 bucks :D

heh thx for the advice.

I really wont go for the LCD tho, they are so expensive and are not as good for gaming. I am more looking into the 19inch CRT NEC DP930SB-BK. and maybe a sound card.
