Issue with using and uninstalling Office 13

Tried to open a word document and get this error 30038-4. Tried doing quick repair and online repair, neither work. Try to uninstall it so I can reinstall it and back to the 30038-4 error code. Anyone know whats going on? Trying to get resumes printed up and this is taking up a ton of time.

Are you sure it's Word that is at fault or is it the document? The file could be corrupted...

The repair you made was it on the document itself or on the software?

try loading with winword /safe from a run window, see if disabling add ins gets you anywere

Can you open word whitout any doc ? As you would when you want to make a new one?
If it works put some stuff in it (cut and paste a web page or two)
save the file.
close word
wait 15 sec
reopen the file

if this works then your file is corrupted. Then I'll find you how to uncorrupt it.

Sorry, been busy.

Cannot open any office programs. My whole computer has been acting up lately. Went to reinstall windows 7 and gave me a error about not being able to find available images or something like that. I got a SSD coming that I'm going to try installing windows on and then just reformat this left over partition for storage space.
