Heres the issue fellas:

My friends PC keeps rebooting randomly!! As in randomly i mean hes in the middle of surfing the net and all of a suddon he clicks anything the his unit REBOOTS. It just REBOOTS without windows saying WINDOWS IS NOW SHUTTING DOWN.

This happens a few times a day! And it annoys the hell otta me and him. I've never encountered this type of problem before.

ANY INPUT AS TO WHAT IT COULD BE OR WHAT COULD FIX IT WOULD HELP.

Overheating?
Bad RAM?
Corrupted windows install?
Im taking a stab in the dark here.
More info please

That usually sums it up.

Also Powersupply might be going bad...thats always a likely possibility

Yeah i was thinking PSu too. Hopefully it'll just be the skrewed up windows install.

Thanks for your input guys! I'll try formattin/reinstallin windows and go from there. Hopefully that'll do it.

Make sure the lead going from your power supply to the mobo is secured. A friend of mine had the same problem, whenever her kids would run around the house the computer would randomly reboot. I reseated the connection and jammed it in tight and she hasn't had a problem since. :)

Just a thought anyway. Good luck.
