well guys got my thermatltake tsunami top cut out for dual hwlabs 240gts rad. its going to be placed flush ontop of the case with barbs extending down. 2x120mm fans attatched blowing out. Biggest problem i am having is putting my res somewhere usefull. I bought the Alphacool Cape AGB2. heres the link http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-res-83.html?id=jDjRP4oS
The only way i can think of is come off my dd d5 pump wich is mounted in side panal at dead bottom on the inner side, come straight up to rad then to cpu, gpu, then at the bottom right dead next to the pump im going to have the inlet to res and out with about 1" of tubing seperating the res and pump. The way the barbs are on that perticular res are opposite 1" up and 1" down.. so there higher on one side and lower on the other. I am planning on having the lower side be the one feeding the pump and the higher the drop off so to speak. Filling the res about 3/4" abouve the bottom hole yet so theres a small gap of air before the top holes water pours in. Tell me what u think. As far as filing the loop i alreayd thought it was going to be a nightmare so i did myself a favour, and got a fillport dd and a Y that i will put in coming out of the rad going to the cpu, that way when i fill the system it dumps straight down and when the system is in full loop theres not much resistance like a t just a short bend through the top of the y to the bottom. Tell me your thoughts... I plan on making a worklog with pics just havnt yet, i think pple are going to be suprised, everything hidden, black gloss acrylic, uv, and all wires snake sheathed.

come on guys i know u have comments... Just doing some thinking myself i was thinking whats going to happen to the air at the top of the rez when i turn the pc off, everything is down hill till it hits the rez. the air is going to become presurized im thinking, whereas if i were to create a bracket to pick it up 6" or so then it wouldnt be soo bad or mount it on the back inside of the case up higher, just trying to figure this all out. And did i do the right choice in going with a Y adapter to make a fill port that runs down the cpu inlet part.
