Is this possible?

Is it possible with an ATi card to output one resolution at a different one? i.e. if I want to run a game at 1600x1200, but I have a 1920x1200 TFT screen, but selecting 1600x1200 in the game causes the picture to be stretched horizontally across the whole of the screen. I want to be able to select 1600x1200 in the game and have it output as a 1920x1200 resolution just with black bars on either side of the screen to have one-to-one pixels.

Thank you very much if you have any ideas :)

Hydravision seems to be about setting up dual displays than running one resolution 'inside' another, do you know where abouts in Hydravision the option I would need is?

[edit]

Seems like it works with random resolutions, i.e. it wont stretch on 1280x960 but it will stretch on 1600x1200 and 1280x1024
