Is this PC upgradeable ??????

I dont know if you could open that up and really upgrade anything inside it or not.

Also I would stay away from tigerdirect. I know alot of people that have gotten ripped by them (sending wrong items, not RMAing, etc.) Just my opinion on tiger.

hmmmm...i dunno its using socket 370 so you wont be able to upgrade to any good P4s.....i dont know what form factor that little box holds....cuz i would say you could upgrade the mobo and get like a P4 and beyond.....but other than that....the cooling would be really limited for any highly clocked hotter CPUs

I'll err on the side of caution here and say no, it's not upgradeable.

Chances are if it has a socket, of which I'm not saying it does because you have about a 75% chance that the processor is soldered into the mainboard, that you could put in a P3 1.0-1.2 or so in it. Naturally graphics are gonna suck in something like that.

You could upgrade from 128 MB ram to 512MB of PC133. You could upgrade hard drive size as long as you stay with laptop hard drives. As for processor, i doubt you would be able to upgrade it, eslecailly with a Socket 370. If it was the socket 478, then you could probably upgrade it with any sort of P4 based celeron, but unfortunately it's not.

Uhhh... WTF? When the hell did Intel make a Socket 370 1.3 ghz Celeron? This smells fishy to me. I could be wrong, though.

Celerons in S370 flavor went up to 1.4Ghz. The 1.0-1.4 are tulatin chips.

Um, okay. What FSB did they use? 100 or 133? Or worse yet, 66? Never heard of a 1.4 ghz Celeron... :p Makes sence if it's a tuallie, though.

I do believe the tualitin celerons were 100mhz fsb ;) though are you sure they got over 1.3? the 1.4 celerys ive seen have all been the pathetic willy 1.4's =x

That was what I was wondering, actually.

I've seen and used those pathetic 1.4s, as well. :p The school got them as replacements for the outdated P1 systems they were running before that...

Prob memory can be upgraded, possiblely CPU. That is about it.
