I have the Dell Dimension 2400. It has a 2.2ghz celeron with a 400mhz side bus. I thought with a 400mhz side bus my PC2100 RAM is supposed to be running at 266mhz. CPU-Z says "132.9". Or am i supposed to times 133 by 2 to come up with 266mhz? Which would then make sense to me...Probably just a noobie question! Thanks.

P.S. How do i upload pictures of my hard drive so i can show you guys what i'm talking about?

400mhz is your processor's external bus speed. Your processor doen't control the memory frequency. Depends on your mobo, you can overclock your memory. You can take a screen shot of the CPU-Z interface, save it as a .jpeg file then post the pic ...

Yeah, DDR RAM runs at one speed but it does 2 jobs per cycle so you multiply by 2. So that 133 is DDR266.

Yeah, i have a screenshot. I just don't know how to use all the features of the posting services in order to upload it. When i click on upload picture it asks for an http:// address. Except what i want to upload is on my hard drive. Oh, about overclocking...I can't overclock my Intel i845G, right? Don't you need the built in BIOS software of those namebrand mobos? Thanks.
