I set my boot devices too:

First: Hardrive
Second: CD-ROM
Third: Floppy

I don't think that was the default settings, but it makes sense.. Actually it might be default!! Well what are your settings on? And am I fine with that order?

Please post your order!

I have mine set to

First: CD-ROM
Second: USB-Devices
Third: Hard Drive

That way if I put in anything that needs to be boot into first, I will not have to play in the BIOS settings. While putting the hard drive last adds a few seconds to boot up time, it really doesn't bother me.

Also, I do not have a floppy in my main computer.

But your order should be fine, and its pretty normal. Thats the fastest way to boot, just remember if you need something to boot first you will have to change your BIOS settings

that order is fine as long as you dont need to do something like repair or reinstall windows... or anything else that requires booting from cd or floopy before windows starts..

Whenever I have to boot, I just go into bios then change it, should I make cdrom first for convenience?
