Is the OCZ Powerstream 420W PSU enough for all of this?

Asus A8N-SLI Premium
2GB of ram
120GB SATA
7800GTZ
X-Fi Platinum
2 WD 200GB HD?
Everything listed in my sig?
 
i think it should be enough if you never plan on going sli. you'll probably need more if you plan on dropping in another gtx though.
 
It could be the supercharger causing a problem. :p
