Is this enough?

Ok, some of you may remember me saying I'd won a Swiftech kit at a LanParty (turns out it was a Corsair COOL, but, whatever). I've already ordered a Swiftech VGA block. Is this sufficient for a mild OC of the components in my sig? I want quiet over extra MHZ. But, I will add additional radiators, fans, etc if needed.

oo yeah, just remember to grab up some BGA ram sinks, and some thermal epoxy, or double sided tape... just have a fan running cool air over those ram sinks, and yeah, it'll be good enough for mild, to heavy OCin, depending on temps...
