Just wanted to do a quick check, I think this will be fine, but let me know if not.
I have a Antec Earthwatts 380 Watt PSU I got a great deal on a while back and I'm thinking of using it in my HTPC.

Specs will be:
E6600 @ 3.6 GHz
5 x Western Digital Green Power 1 TB drives
2 x Western Digital WD6400AAKS
ATI X300
