Is there a way to downgrade Windows 11 24H2 to 23H2 without reinstalling?

I no longer have the Windows.OLD folder. Pretty stupid that they give you only 10 days to go back. I was hoping that one of my images of the C drive would have the folder, but no luck. I have some games, specifically from Ubisoft, that will not start. Just wondering if there is a way to downgrade without losing files and installed apps and games. When I was running 23H2 everything worked perfectly.
 
Yeah that does not work because I don't see an option for Windows 10. It will list Windows 8 and below.

I also tried to mount the 23H2 ISO by double clicking on it, opening an Windows Power Shell, accessing the new drive letter, the issuing the command "./setup.exe /product server" without the quotes. I was hoping that I would have the option to keep my files and programs, but the only option was to perform a clean install.
