my mouse just died while playing counterstrike, it turns off when sitting normal but when you turn it on its side it turns on and has the light flickering? is it dead. im running a 1000hz patch and if it is dead will razer exchange it?
i just noticed there plasma edition,it looks pretty badass im hoping instead of exchanging it i can get one of them discounted
 
Sounds like it could be dead... but, Try unplugging it and plugging it back in, Restart your Comp, Remove the patch and Restart.

If none of those fix it, then it's probably dead.
 
i tried it in another computer,its definatly the mouse, i emailed there tech support told them everything that happend, ask for fixing suggestions,replacement possiblity, and discount mabey ona plasma which look bad ass if you havent seen it go here http://www.razerzone.com/

its not the 1000hz fault,one of the wires inside of it(usb power wires)is loose. i figure ill go buy one from best buy and switch it out and say its broken
 
is that just an LED inside - or real plasma :p can't be, must be LEDs - looks wicked anyway... but so used to cordless now.

its also capped at 150hz, i might buy one if i could get my money back, but a wireless mouse wont do anything for me. expecially since the plasma doesnt come out until may 5th which is a month away. im using a sony ball mouse that is uncomfortable and horrible tracking god help me its taken away all the fun in gaming, exactly what i bought my pc for. :(
