i think my comps 'skipping a frame', as my one friend called it.

and this is happening all the time! it very noticeable when playing a game, it will kind of do a quick lagg time thing forwhat seems to be a 'frame'.



please help!
 
I think he is refering to whats known as "Chop" .. when the game briefly pauses for a split second then resumes. I used to have this problem when I only had 256 mb of ram.. It was caused by windows using a lot of my page file.
