Using firefox, never seen this, but the site shows me as the only person on the forums for 2 days now, and the forums are remaining static, meaning the same posts are in the same positions as they were yesterday. People are posting still, but it doesn't change the posts' positions, or update who has posted the most recent reply.

Tried logging in and out, clearing cache, etc. No luck. Help?
