Is anybody running there own IPTV server?

I just wanted to know if anybody is running there own IPTV server? if you are I would like to see pictures of your setup.

Meh, I just use a slingbox with a tivo attached. Works like a charm, and I can watch the Ranger games when the girls drag me out to dinner on my cell phone

well I am looking to setup my own and I need to know what I all need to do this because I got couple spare computers. do I just need a TV tuner card or what?
