iPod Touch LCD Display to USB; Possible?

[WarHawk427]

Hello, I have an old ipod touch display, it has a few dead pixels, but all in all it is in pretty decent shape. I was wondering if there was an adapter somewhere which could allow me to connect this LCD via USB (or vga).

Here is a photograph of the connector.

Also asked here, but i figure they aren't as adept as you guys are (considering they are "ipod touch fans"...):

P.s.
how do you scale images with the img tag?
