Interrupt moderation/ audio/net stutter

Ive been experiencing audio stutter with online audio or video streaming. Seems to happen at random times.. i tried messing with about every driver and setting you could think of.

I read somewhere that interrupt moderation could be the culprit. holding packets too long?
So i decided to disable it i havn't had a chance to replicate the problem as of yet but need to test further. my cpu usage actually goes above 5% while idle now, price I will happily pay for better latency and no micro stutter bs.

I'll report back when i have some conclusive results.
 
I really don't understand why this was moved. This is not a Audio topic, It specifically addresses an issue with the network adapter. It effects Audio and video internet streams and games.

Bad call admin, bad call. this has nothing to do with my audio card. I Suppose if you think having it in this forum will help people diagnose a network adapter issue then its ok, your call. I suppose i should of mentioned Interrupt moderation is a network adapter option.

Anyway to update the topic, i have not had a relapse of any micro/stutter in or out of games.
