Internal Case Painting

Any automotive paint in a spray can will do the trick. Just prep the service like you would do with a car and you're paint job will last a long time.

FYI... the picture links are broken. Can't see your bros' nice powerder coat job in his case. :)
 
I just used spray paint (krylon tbe). Took a pice of steel wool to all the aluminum and cleaned it off realy good, two coats of primer, sand spray, sand spray sand spray done! Took a day. My inside looks more then fine, Its inside the case so theres no reason to be worried about it being perfect, half the time its gonna be dusty anyhow.
 
I've tried a bunch of different ways to paint the inside of my aluminum cases. They always look gorgeous for a short time. Triedseveral different kinds of prep, primer, paint, etc but I've never been very happy for very long.

I've been looking into powdercoating and anodizing for a little while now but it's always REALLY cost prohibitive. I mean, I'm more than happy to spend extra to make the case look good, especially when I can justify it by saying that it somehow improves performance (you know, like a NOS sticker automatically gives you a 2% overclock and pinstripes add another 1%). But I have to draw the line somewhere and when someone wants $300 to anodize a few drive bays that's getting a bit rediculous.

Anyone know any good, reputable, companies that do anodizing and who are reasonable?
