Hey are any of you guys out there with the big overclocks on sandys (4.8 to 5 ghz plus, myself included) worried that stepping B3 of the sandy boards will limit overclocking in any way?

I seriously doubt it.

1. Nobody is changing the layout of the motherboard. They're just using a drop-in replacement chipset with a different stepping.

2. The motherboard used to be a major factor in overclocking (mostly in terms of power delivery and FSB build quality). But now that all serious overclocking is multiplier-based, and Sandy Bridge sips power, the difference in overclock from one board to another will be very small.
