Anybody having problems installing this driver on their 8/9 board?

Was using 3.0.16 and seen an update so I grabbed it and tried to install but it won't finalize.

I then lose all USB even the Renases which has it's own driver.

Good thing I keep an old non-usb mouse around so I can uninstall those borked drivers.

Intel is usually pretty good.

187 views and nobody had any issues updating their Intel USB3.0 with this driver?

3.0.16 works fine, no problems but 33 just will not install or even update, very strange.

You need the driver for anything USB, mouse included.
As noted when I updated it hosed all USB including the Renasas forcing me to dig out a PS/2 so I could have a mouse in order to install the older driver.

Can't tell me 187 people who viewed are still using a PS/2 mouse and/or keyboard?

Never had any issues updating Intel drivers until now and it's the latest on their site, downloaded right from them.

Apparently not, I like to keep drivers up to date when possible.

I'm still using 16 though without any issues.

In fact Intel's own site shows their latest is actually pretty old.

Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller: 2.5.3.34 from 2/14.

Gigabyte's site actually has the newer 3.0.0.16 but not latest version.
