what do i need to rma my cpu to intel besides the cpu itself?

ic..but i was wondering if i would be eligible for rma if i had the cpu and retail hsf..or do i need the box and receipt with it also?..because im buying it from the fs/ft forum
 
They'll probably just want the serial # off the fan.
And ask you a bunch of questions.
At least that's what happend when I RMA'ed my old chip.
They sent me back 2:p :D
