Intel Mac file transfer to Windows 2000 server error

Recently a few users at my work were upgraded to Intel Macs. Everything seems to be working fine except transferring larger files (larger then 100mb). They are able to send smaller file fine and even large files to a different server that is running Windows 2003.

Is there a solution to this problem other then upgrading to 2003?

There where a few files that did make it all the way through but I was unable to get a second file to transfer. I am getting the error -43, which means the either the file or transfer location are missing.

This is odd. I can't find any info on this problem. Does any one have some suggestions on where to look? The only differences that I see are the new macs have Intel's and won't send files to a windows 2000 server.
