No flames please, I'm just the bringer of news. Its hard to ignore the videochipset that take up the majority of starter systems.

What has been really nice about the intel chipset since the GMA900, is that if you did get a better videocard you did not have to disable the onboard one (you can run both in a multimonitor config)
 
hmmm that actually doesn't look too bad. If only it didn't have to share memory bandwidth, it could possibly perform fairly well. I still hate integrated graphics with a passion...but at least they're making progress.
 
It looks like only 2 major things changed from GMA 900 to GMA 950: 400MHz core vs 325MHz core and 224MB max shared memory vs 128MB max shared memory, plus a few minor tweaks.

I hope the "new" nvidia C51G is at least as fast as the 6200TC, but most likely not since it lacks local memory (unless it's a MCM). I was pretty disappointed with the ATI XPRESS 200M chipset. It was slow even with 128MB of local memory plus dual channel Hypermemory.
 
You can play Battlefield 2...so in that respect it beats my trusty old GeForce Ti 4600 :(
But that dual display adapter feature is the tits. :)
