I have a ATI x1650 that I got used and it works fine as far as it displays picture fine but the drivers wont load properly. I tried the drivers from ATI as well as the drivers from Omega, they all try to install but right after getting the drivers installed it displays that they did not install correctly. I have also tried installing through the installers as well as going directly though device manager to update the drivers.

I am running Windows XP sp3 on this machine. Any advice would be awesome. Also I have done driver cleaners after reach attempt.

do you have the .net framework installed? what is the actual error.
