Installed games to D drive, games saves data on C drive

Say I install a game to D drive, lets say Crysis Warhead. But it still saves data to C:Users\moi\My Documents\My Games\ Crysis Warhead.

How can I stop this?

I use this feature to keep my documents, etc., on my RAID 1 setup. Lets me easily reinstall the OS without having to backup the data.
