I just installed a Gigabyte 8S648FX , with a 2.4c. I had to use 1 stick of Crucial pc2100 today, because I forgot to bring my Corsair with me. It boots up fine, then it gets to the screen where it shows you a summary of your hardware, and just sits there with a blinking cursor. I put my Windows XP CD in, and set it to boot from CD, but it doesn't even access the CD drive to see if there is a bootable disk. Just sits there with that blinking cursor. Any ideas? Please?
 
Yes sir, it does. I'm pulling my hair out. Bios sees everything fine, but the computer just will not do what it's supposed to do.
