Info on Intel Build

Hey,

It's finally time for me to make the move from my trusty Shuttle w/Northwood 2.6 to a newer system. After hearing how well the 920 overclocks, I figured this is as good a time as any and just wanted any opinions on the build i'm looking at:

CPU: Intel Pentium D 920
MOBO: ASUS P5WD2 Premium
VGA: eVGA 7800GT CO
MEM OCZ 2x1GB Platinum DDR2 5400

The memory i'm getting at a really good price, otherwise i'd hit up Mushkin.

I'm also curious as to if this is a good board for overclocking? I review I read somewhere said it had poor options for doing so but others have said it's a good board - so, quite confusing!

Any opinions or experiences would really be greatful.
