Someone should sue howstuffworks for that article. The Phantom works by taking investors money and sueing reviewers who expose the truth, the whole time never even making a console.

Has there been an update to the lawsuit? I saw in another thread that there was some kind of deadline this week. It also seems as Infinium Labs is battling a few lawsuits at once.
