Ok i downloaded it but i cant figure out how to add the client..

I did that but it popped up with some box asking for a file and im not sure on the file..

give it a name, SMP for instance,


where it says Log Folder- hit the ... box

then find your F@H folder, just select that folder it will do what you need

well depends on what you mean by slow......if i go to play a game or do cad work i turn folding off......everything else is completely fine for me

My programs slow down my folding

For everyday stuff I have not noticed a performance hit to them.
