Ignore posts quoting ignored users

I know it sounds kinda crazy, but it would be neat to be able to ignore posts that quote users I've ignored (since it defeats the intended purpose of the ignoring).

On a semi-related note, is there a way to eliminate an ignored user's post entirely, where I wouldn't even see that they posted at all? I'm thinking I might just need to write a greasemonkey script...

None of the features you mentioned are available in stock vBulletin.
