Hey... how ya doing?
First of all, I'm not sure exactly which cases would be easy to get in Canada but I do know of alot of cases that mount the PSU on the bottom. It all depends on the size you are looking for really but a few of my personal favorites are as follows....

Antec P-182 - a full tower with great cooling and cable management.

Antec Nine Hundred - a mid tower case with excellent cooling.

LIAN LI PC-A05B - A smaller case with a clever internal layout.

LIAN LI PC-V1000 Plus II - A mid tower with a great layout and tons of style.

Me personally, I like the Lian Li V-1000 the best as it has a great design and is completely fabricated from aluminum. It's cooling properties are excellent and it'll last you forever if taken care of. I own a V-1000 so I may be a little biased, but it is a great case... as well as all the others I mentioned. The only downside I can see with the Lian Li V-1000 is it's price... I got mine for right around $200. It really all depends on how much you wanna spend and what size case you're looking for. There's lots of good cases on the market these days. I just mentioned the 4 above because I have personal experience with them. I wish you luck in your search as finding the proper case can be a time consuming endeavor. That being said, you could never go wrong with any Lian Li.

Oh yeah, and the Zalman CPU fan you're going with... it's great. I love mine.

Just a few suggestions
Swamp the CPU for a intel core2duo. Even the E4300 will suffice. At my local PC shop in Ottawa, the C2D is only $30 more then the one you selected.
It outperforms the one you selected in every aspect.
Change the mobo you got for an intel compatible one of similar price.

The Zalaman products arnt the greatest coolers per dollar these days, or the quietest.

Instead of using 4 sticks of mismatched 512 ram, just get a 2x 1GB matched pair.
My local shop sells platinum OCZ 2x 1024mb DDR2 8500 for around $80cdn

All ready have the Items stated in first post not sure what I would get if sold off I was thinking of DUO core intel
If I could sell these for a half decent price then i would defintly think on it

antec:
p180 /p180b
nine hundred

also lian-li's are nice too..
oh cant forget the new coolermaster 690 :D best for budget and cooling imho

I see. I thought you had not purchased yet.

I have the LIAN LI PC-V1000B Plus II and love it. Last two P180's I built had poor cooling in comparison to the Lian Li. Here is mine.

I'm agree... few cases compare to the Lian Li V-1000 in every aspect. Just a note, be mindful of where your processor socket is located on your motherboard... if it's too close to the edge the Zalman 9500 might not wanna play nice. That's what happened to me so I'm gonna get a new CPU cooler.
Hey Copyright great rig there... and what are your CPU temps with that cooler? It's looks like a pretty close fit there... but it's almost like it's meant to be used with that setup. Looks great.
I was going to post a pic of mine on here, but the stupid photo server is down. Maybe later. No matter though, 'cause right now I'm using a NZXT Lexa blackline until I get the new CPU cooler that will play nice with my V-1000.

Later guys

Im feeding 1.58V to get my current OC so it will see 63C under full load but idles in the 30's. @ 3.2ghz it never got out of the 40s in core temp under load. My zalman 9700 had simliar idle temps but the load temps were about 8C higher. The heatsink is so close I can only move a piece of paper between it and my case. I ditched the clear fan for a 1,600 rpm S-flex and I am swapping the air flow around becuase im adding a front lian li bay fan setup. I hope to see better cooling this way although my rig wont look as nice with that black fan on the heatsink. Sometimes I wish I had gotten the V1200... just for the extra room.

Alright, thanks for the info... and nice OC by the way, I'm right at 3GHz on my E6320 and with my Zalman 9500 I never go over 43C. I think your black fan will look pretty good on that heatsink actually... you could put anything in a Lian Li and it'll look good. ;)
Man I can't wait to get my Lian Li back in action again... I miss it. :(
Alright, well good luck with that new cooling arrangement.

Later.
