Ideas for internal Rad Mount?

I'm looking for a little advice/creative thinking from the experts.

I recently bought a brand new CoolerMaster Praetorian 730, and it's a sweet, sweet ride man :)
However the lack of an accessible 120mm fan bay makes moving my existing water cooling setup difficult. I know that several people have cut a blowhole in the top of these cases and the WaveMaster, and mount the rad there.

I don't think that's a feasible solution for me...I frankly don't have the skill to cut a good enough hole IMO, and I just don’t want to mess up such a lovely case.

My solution is to mount the Rad internally in the horizontal position, and create a duct for it out of pliable aluminum sheeting. The duct can press against the grill like bay covers, and get excellent airflow plus access to cool air.

My only problem is how to best mount the Rad/Fan assembly inside the 5/12" bays horizontally. I'm sure some of you have great ways to do this- I would love to hear your suggestions.

PS, I don’t mind trying to cut inside the case, if I scratch that I wont have to see it every day :)

A couple of ideas. A double 80mm rad will fit in the drive bay of your new case. That's the route I went with initially with my WaveMaster. However, I will soon be mounting a double 120 rad in the top and sacrificing the top two drive bays (as you described). I'm planning on using a jig saw that I got on eBay for $30 to hack a hole in the top. As long as you use a blade with a lot of teeth per inch it should make a pretty smooth cut. Not as smooth as a dremel cut, but since I'm going to be putting a RadGrillz on top of it nobody will see. My point is that you should be afraid to cut a hole in the top of your case if it's the best option. And for your Praetorian case, it very well may be. I also thought about throwing the rad off the back end, but there isn't much room for that and I just really didn't like the idea.

Bottom Line, you have options. Yours sounds like a unique approach. Go for it! And make sure to post pictures so we we can see what you come up with!
 
When cutting the top or and panel whether with a saw or Dremel get some 2" masking tape and put 1 or 2 layers of tape over the panel to protect the finish and to give you a surface to plot your cut on. If you're using a Dremel it will also protect your finish should you have your bit catch and go skittering across the surface of the panel being cut, I know it's saved my ass more than once.
