ICS on win2k and win98?

Is this configuration possible? I am having trouble connecting to the win98 machine. I have narrowed it down to a driver issue (900 SiS pci intergrated controller). And I have to send the driver through a CD-R or Floppy (if it can fit). Is there a step by step process to ICS the win98 machine? Thanks

Yes it's possible, but I remember back in the Win98 days ICS was often flakey...at best.

SiS adding to the flakiness also....ACK!!!
