Abit IC7 (No LAN) = 124$
Asus P4P800 (LAN) = 107$

I want this completely for overclocking, I'm going to order in a little while so I need a quick answer!!! :) TIA

(I have another LAN card so it isn't a problem - It just isn't Gigabit.)

I have an IC7 and an IC7 Max3 and both boards perform flawlessly for me.

So you know what I am going to say.....

I have both a P4P800 and a IC7, perfomance wise they are about the same. Overclocking wise... well my P4P800 can boot into windows at higher FSB then my IC7 but neither have been stable for me past 270fsb.

I bought a IC7 because I already have a Gigabit NIC, otherwise I would have got something else...

Well now I'm looking at different prices, Newegg just changed them around...

So,

Abit IC7-G (With LAN 4 S-ATA) 875P Chipset - 133$
Asus P4P800 (With LAN 2 S-ATA) 865PE Chipset - 129$

It seems that the Asus still outperforms the Abit in tests at the same frequency. Which one should I go with? I already changed my order from a IC7 to a P4P800 and they are sending out today.

They are both quality boards - I prefer ASUS myself.
But it has a passive heatsink on the northbridge!
The difference between passive or active cooling on the northbridge is negligible in a well ventilated case - doesn't really make a difference.
