set your agp/pci ratio to FIXED , or 33/66 if i remember right

your pc3200 is holding you back... you should consider pc4000 to give you room to move that FSB. With running pc3200 you are pushing the ram at even the smallest overclock, the pc 4000 is rated at 250mhz, So unless your running it above 250mhz you won't see any problems, dual channel also cuts down on overclocking speeds, My guess is your ram is holding you back....you need to run higher rated ram "pc4000 for example" if you want to really overclock.
The RAM seems to be VERY capable of O/C for others so I would assume that is not your problem. You should note that that memory is rated (meaning what the manufacturer meant it to run at) at 2.8V which is different than what your motherboard will set the default memory voltage at. (However, also note that others have had this memory run fine at stock and O/C speeds at the default 2.5V so that _might_ not mean anything.
I am an O/C newb but I've read A LOT about O/C with the IC7-MAX3 over the past week because I've been on a crusade to get my IC7-MAX3 / 2.4c combo to run Prime95 stable at 250fsb. I think I've finally arrived there using some GEIL PC4000. I had to set the VCore to 1.7 and VDIMM to 2.8 in order to get there which concerns me but temps are ok. I wouldn't feel safe going higher and I'll probably back off some because I can run 240fsb at stock VCore and VDIMM (which makes it seem even more odd that I had to raise volts so high to reach 250). I was able to set the memory to 1:1 but I had to manually set the timings to 2.5-7-4-4 which is it's rated speed at that level.
Again, Imma newb, but with that in mind I would suggest you make SURE the AGP/PCI is set to Fixed, then I would raise my VCore to 1.65 or so and my memory to 2.8 (I would not raise it past 2.8 because, unless you have a rare fixed ABIT, our boards are famous for getting screwy past 2.8). You may even want to set your memory divider to 5:4 or 3:2 until you get your FSB setting you like.
After you hit the FSB you feel is as high as you can/need/want to go, go back and start lowering/tightening everything. Lower your VCore back down until you see Prime95 fail then raise it back up and stop, etc.
You may want to change your memory from "By SPD" to "Manual" and then manually set the timings that your memory is rated at (or loosen them accordingly).

Glad to see you got it working, I wasn't trying to steer you wrong above, I was just trying to point out that some ram doesn't run to far above its rated speed before crapping out. But the good stuff can always take a beating well past it's rated speed... Sorry if I confused you...Let us know what you get it to and with what settings....AnglerfisH
