i5 2500k OC

Is a i5 2500k overclocked, enough to run 1 or 2 VMs ?

Sandy's aren't real noteworthy with VM's.

Depends on a VM.
On server i have i5 2400 non OC and i run around 5VMs. Ram Is more Important than CPU in the most cases.

What will the VM's be doing? Separate (or adequate) disks and adequate memory is more important. But let's say you were running Win 10 Host and wanted a Win 7 and a Linux guest running yeah, no problem really.
