i5 2500k OC Question

Hi,

I want to OC to 4,5 ghz and just checking if this is ok and if not what can i change? I've followed this guide, http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1578110 - but it's mainly for 4,8 ghz but since i'm only going for 4,5 ghz i'm just checking it

I have some question about this number if i need O/C 50x100 it should be change what is digit number or Please explain about this Vrm Fixed Frequency sir.

Extreme mode on Overclock Tuner destabilized my system. Best to leave it manual.
Turbo Ratio: Per Core, or All Cores, doesn't really matter.
PLL Overvoltage: Unneeded at 4.5GHz. Should leave it off unless you plan to go to 4.7+
Load-Line: High or Ultra High. With Offset voltage, I need Ultra High for stability at 4.5. I'm going to switch to constant voltage, at which point I believe High will work.
VRM FFM: Unneeded at 4.5GHz. You could set it, but it doesn't really matter.
Phase Control: Can leave default, don't need to monkey with this at 4.5
Duty Control: Can leave default, don't need to monkey with this at 4.5
CPU Voltage: Can leave offset (default or ~+.050 or so), or set to Manual. Manual should stabilize a little lower than offset under full load. 1.32-1.34V should be sufficient for stability at 4.5.

For reference, the sum total of changes I made for initial stability at 4.5:
OC Tuner: XMP
Turbo: All Cores (OS control, set to 45 in AISuite)
LLC: Ultra High (set in AISuite)

Full load at 37x Turbo (default for All Cores) was 1.26V. Full load at 45x Turbo, default Offset voltage, LLC Ultra High about 1.36V. If I bumped offset by .050, I could probably be stable with High LLC.

Now that the month+ of crazy business travel is pretty much behind me, I'm going to settle down and do a little tuning. Should be able to tweak voltage down by setting constant, and will be setting Turbo in UEFI since it doesn't always persist across reboots when set with AI Suite. Hopeful that I can back LLC off to High as well, since it was nearly stable that way with offset voltage. Got Prime95 rounding errors rather than crashes/BSODs.
