i5 2300 PPD?

Any idea what kind of performance you could expect from a i5 2300 running standard A3's at its default turbo of 3.1? 10k ppd maybe, anybody know? I'm looking to swap out the guts of my base folding machine and while PPD is important, power consumption is for me too.
