to provide optimal cooling?

I went from this case http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=11-150-017&depa=0 to this case (CSX147K) to this case http://www.isitoday.com/midchassis/ax01yd.htm and my tempature went up 12° c. At idle was at 44° and now I idle at 56-57°.. For the new case I have 2 Exhaust and 2 Intakes, they are located 2 in front and 2 in the rear. If I mod my case and add two more fans, one on top and the other blowing from the side will this make a difference? The HSF is free from dust and system is @ 24°c. No cable cluster and also I have Artic Silver for my tp. The fan installed now are Speeze FD08025S1M4 32 CFM

I reckon that top fan did alot to lower your temps in your old case, My Li Li has an upper blow hole running off my Antec Truepower's fan only header and my comp ran alot cooler than when I had the rig in an Antec/chenming/chieftec like what you have now.
 
i never had issues with cooling, i installed a blow hole tho.. and put 2 80mms in the back, one in the window for vid card, 80mm on the bottom intake and 92 mm for the second front intake

the trick is to balance the air flow, most people get lower temps opening the side panel, i get about 10-20F higher temps on all hardware, video card overheats without installing a fan when i run my mobo without a case, cpu runs at 132F instead of 120F load hard drives run about 2-3F hotter outside the case

no my pc isnt loud at all.. its going to be silent once i get my case back.. finaly got rid of the last noise making component(old psu made a lot of noise.. this one is silent)
 
make sure you have your fans pointed in the right direction?

ALL the fans should be blowing air towards the back of your case
