Alright guys...I have a video card that allows video out and I was trying it for awhile but its kinda blury....=(

So without even thinking I pulled the S-Video cord out without turning the comp off. Now I can't get it to work on my TV or my computer monitor. I've tried rebooting and it seems to be booting up fine, but nothing comes up on the screen.

I've tried pulling the video card out and re-installing it and I still got nothing. What else can I try?

well first off, it's always going to be difficult trying to read text on a tv via an S-video cable off of your computer

as far as your problem goes, i dunno.

have you tried to get into safe mode?

I got it working on Svideo again guys...

hehe...I was freaking out for a min :p

Thanks for the reply AMD. The games lookg great on my Toshiba...the rest kind looks sad.

But just so I know for the next time...how do I get it to boot into safe mode if I cant see whats on the screen?

I'm assuming that it's an SDTV? You should have cleartype turned on and have large icons enabled but SDTVs don't do text well at all. Theres also an app called "TvTools" thats for tweaking the TV out on NV cards so take a look at that.

To get into safe mod you need to hold down F8 after it does the BIOS splash page thingie

Ok this sucks :( UT 2004 locked up for some weird reason and now its doing it again.

Nothing is showing on the screen.
