I just got a refurbished motherboard from new egg, the motherboard has power, the cpu fan spins, the vid cards fan spins, but I get no video,nothing,and no beeps


I tried putting the ram is 4 different slots ,tried 2 different vid cards,2 different monitors ,I know the cpu is good because I just pulled it from a working system, all the pieces besides the motherboard were pulled from a working system, I don't get any beeps at all ,is an msi sis 655max

Help, I think I'm going to have to send it back.
 
take it out of the case and set it up to rule out being a short.

also clear the cmos
