Ok i'm kinda confused. Will a certain resolution look bigger on a larger screen than a smaller screen? For example SXGA+, will text look bigger on a 20 inch screen than on a 17 inch screen?
Correct. If two screens have the same native resolution, then they have the same number of pixels. But if one is bigger, the larger one will have larger pixels. Thus, everything on the screen appears bigger.
