The Arctic Freezer 2 420 and SWAFAN Ex14 ARGB fans "fit" but emphasis on the quotation marks there. I am pretty sure Thermaltake designed this case with an eye on excluding a competing cooler from fitting because the clearances are down to the millimeter at the bottom. And in order to mount the AIO rad and fans they must be the first the installed in the case otherwise you wont have clearances necessary.
